Directions:
1. Tear open foil packet. Remove strips with dry hands and peel away from backing film.
2. Apply the sticky gel side of the strip against your teeth (Longer strip is best for top teeth and shorter strip is best for bottom teeth).
3. Line up with the edges of your gums and apply gentle pressure to mold the strip securely to the teeth. Fold over teeth to secure.
4. After 30 minutes of uninterrupted use, peel off strips and dispose.
5. Brush teeth to remove any residual gel. Avoid dark and colorful drinks or foods for 30 minutes after use.
For optimal results, use once a day for 30 minutes for 5-7 consecutive days. (We prefer right before bed!)

I’m never one to write reviews on things, good or bad. I heard about this on TikTok and I genuinely had to try it. I was concerned with the price. It’s a lot of money to drop on something. I can seriously say this box is WORTH IT. I have tried other whitening strips and they have been known to burn my gums multiple times.
